Holiday Inn Monclova, an IHG Hotel

We were very pleased with everything. It actually exceeded my expectations of the hotel. The staff was very welcoming, food and service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and beds, pillow have been the best I've slept in when it comes to hotel rooms.

I like 3 things: 1. excelent rate, 2. Location, 3. Facilities. They got the standar for IGH in a good state. I'll suggest to change the ice makers machines, but it's a secondary need.

The lady at the front desk was excellent! Very professional and very hospitable. She went out of her way to help me. She remembered me when I returned.
